Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your BVB Connect account and personal data either from inside the App or right here, without signing in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (phone number, name, carrier name, and MC number)
- Your location history
- Your support chat messages and any attached files
- Your push notification token
Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
What may be retained
Load assignment and delivery-tracking records (such as the carrier phone number, MC number, and delivery status associated with a load) may be retained as part of our business and dispatch records after your account is deleted, but will no longer be linked to your driver account or login.
Delete from the App
Open BVB Connect, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to permanently delete your account and data.
Delete without the App
Enter the phone number on your account below. We'll text a verification code to confirm it's you, then permanently delete your account.
